Refund policy
Returns | No Questions Asked
If you wish to return your item for any reason under our No Questions Asked Policy, simply get in touch with us within 3 days upon receiving your item. We will happily take it back and offer a 100% refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment. Please email client services at tiffany@honolulutimejewels.com to begin the return and/or exchange process.
Refunds for items returned will occur approximately 5 business days after package has been received and inspected in-house.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were originally shipped to be eligible for a refund.
Please be aware that once an item has been resized or altered it is no longer eligible for return. This is also applicable to jewelry we have resized or altered by your request before shipping. Custom Jewelry and Layaway items are ALL SALES FINAL.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original payment made via credit card, may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear. PayPal refunds typically happen within 2-3 business days.
If original payment was made via bank wire, refund will be sent via the same method or ACH. You are to provide your bank account number, routing number, and full name on the account.
INACCURATE PRICING
Payments are to be made regularly, as scheduled. We must receive payment on or before the day they are due. If more than 2 payments are late, or if the layaway item is not paid in full by the scheduled end date, item will be returned to stock and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.
Due to the layaway items being held for you (Buyer), and off the market for an extended period of time, they will be FINAL SALE. We do not allow returns or exchanges on layaway items.
